Feeling like having a trivia moment now. Depth Worms are a very notable example I don't think a lot of people realize are as in-depth as they are. I know some people knew they ate grass/twigs, but did you know that they actually travel around and try to find comfortable spots to make homes in? They often look for places with lots of harvestable resources nearby. Once settled in, they'll eat said resources in an attempt to get something to fall for its lure. They'll usually hang out in their settled home from there on out. I love depths worms so much lol and this detail just makes me love them even more Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/146809-the-little-things/page/6/#findComment-1664552 Share on other sites

Doing so will prevent the trait from being replaced/removed by any action whatsoever. It should be noted this change is permanent (feeding it another goodie will not unlock the trait), meaning the only way to get a different trait is to abandon/readopt the pet. I did this to lock in the “crafty” trait on my lamb pet, mainly so it can understand the joy of being a megabaser when I do bulk crafting sprees! I'm eternally thankful that you shared this. You've saved me from Scrappy Kittykit's constant hissing. I'm now a Crafty Kittykit enjoyer. Cassielu
Crystal Deerclops actually has complete raid cycle behavior, exactly same as regular Deerclops. (But it's seem a little hard to trigger, so I don't know if it was keep on purpose or just the code wasn't delete clear.) Deerclops' raid cycle is one of my favorite early game ecodesigns, and while some of it is outdated for today's dst, but also a lot of it is advanced design even now. It's great showed a weird, grump giant monster roams around in winter. So I was really disappointed when Klei chose not to give the player more eyeball by extension it, but to throw in Hostile Flare to completely destroy it. Deerclops Mika
It seems that pigs' heads are a conduit for shadow forces on the surface. This is evidenced by Wagstaff's quote on the pig's head, the drop from heads during the full moon, as well as shadow tears at the pig's head. Cassielu
A boat with speed higher than 1 is scary to small animals nearby, such as rabbits, birds, or grass gekkos. So if you put a grass gekko near a boat ferris wheel, it turns into an automatic grass farm abuses animals constantly. Another interesting fact about is that it's should scary for cookie cutters too, just they have a higher desire for food.
