MiniDeathStar Posted November 5, 2021 Share Posted November 5, 2021 I noticed that sucrose doesn't have a boiling temperature listed in the manual. What happens when you overheat it? Does it absorb heat indefinitely or stop at a certain temperature? Turn into water and CO2? More important question... can we use superheated sugar to melt sand into glass at 100% efficiency?
