It allows a visible (Neutronium base visible) geyser to be directly identified: 1. Set prio of the geyser to "yellow alert" 2. Mouse-over the yellow-alert notification in the left, upper screen corner It will tell you "xyz has been set to Top Priority", with xyz being the exact description of whatever is in there.
