I have no idea what his full name might be, but I know he has some Scottish descent (from his quote with the Tam O'Shanter) but that's about it. Just think, the date when Wilson got sucked into the Constant was 1921, and chances are same with Woodie. 1921 was Woodrow Wilson's last year in office. Then he turns into a lumberjack and vanishes. Woodie is Woodrow Wilson, this is canon now.
