In the absence of gold, with what other materials I can build for example a liquid pump with is not overheated at >+75? Do note that tungsten does have +50C overheat but you can only build buildings that require refined metal from that. Edit: i think its a mod that makes building stuff out of refined metals possible. But you can't build pumps out of refined metals anyway :'( So out of Gold, you only have Steel and more advanced metal as Saturnus pointed out.
