Unfortunately, I fear that in the intentions of Klei, Willow will have to rely heavily on Bernie.
A Wendy 2.0, practically.
I would be very sad, the fire has so much potential... I read so many good ideas, here on the forum, that it would be a real waste not to see even one, in favor of Bernie :'D

I know, on the one hand, I'm happy.
But in many years of DST, Willow was never really tied to fire, and I'm sorry.
But a psychological deepening of his person is very welcome!

I don't expect perfect balance, but it's clear there's some things that could easily be added which would greatly improve the current proposed list.
And yes, I'm aware that perhaps there's the magic chance that the listed perks will have some ability to help.

However considering most of them solve nonissues for anyone but noobs I find this hard to believe

I'm not in the position to go full Bernie  s h i t  Willow... We don't really know which other perks are coming

But thinking just because there us another companion then it means it's like Abigail is just not true.. If anything Bernie will outrank Abi cuz u can craft many bernies.. A Bernie army and Abi is only one 

We hope the devs find a good mix of fire ideas as perks, maybe some other cratavles for an unique experience

That's not true in dst.. Max is never gonna be in the same plane of strength as wigfrid or Wolfy.. That conception is not logical in dst in my opinion

In fact, I speak to the hypothetical, I also trust that Klei does not really reduce Willow to a copy of Wendy.
However, the clues are not encouraging.
Also because it is a fact: Bernie seems to become much more central, instead of fire.
Then it also depends on how many "Bernie" can build: an army of "demonic" teddy bears is fun, ahahah

"Strength" here is not referring literally to combat strength, it's actually means a character's relative usefulness in playthroughs, based on what they bring to the table in terms of items and abilities.

This is, to an extent, based on a user's skill level and subjective interpretation of how much progress is valued in the game, however the objective differences between characters still give us a foundation to work with and consider actual rebalances to make those differences smaller.

Some combat perks I agree with... I'm not entire on board with fire immunity cuz to me it seems very situational and kinda anti togetherness...

Can u imagine if she could like transform them or something? That would be dope. 

 And as far as I know the sky is the limit to how many bernies can u make

I expect hordes of bernies running around pretty soon..

i never said anything about increased radius

plus some starting items are made to be replacements for others like Warlys crock pot or Wortox soul jump

or in a way Wagstaffs thumper for replacing Bearger

This I can interpreted as u saying more radius.. If not pls explain what you want the lighter to be "comparable to a lantern" .. Be precise..

If only Abby was changed as I recommended, then that would be perfect and could "compete" with armies of catapults or Bernie 

It would be great to see Willow being able to "sew" different types of Bernies with a kit, but this doesn't look like an idea from Klei: they haven't even left coffee as a Warly exclusive recipe, we ask too much fun

i was saying make there be circumstances that would make the lighter improved over a lantern like heats you up to protect you from freezing in winter while held or the like

When I was watching the Anny GIF I was thinking about that.. Can u imagine different Bernies with different stats? That would be epic

Well, there would be the Bernie trumpeter: who plays the battle cry.
Then the Bernie who sets fire to the powders and shoots with his little cannon.
Finally, the Bernie soldier, armed with a wooden sword and a red nutcracker hat.
