klei is cool and made it available all the time since forge wont come back

It's not?

Well, I guess we can still host it ourselves with that mod.  Better than a month of farming and burnout, I suppose.

I don't know why. This is making those items impossible to be a proof for participation in events.

Well, not exactly I have a few Forge skin despite never playing a single round of it. You just have to log on and buy them while the event is running, or even just play the base game while it’s running to get them as drops.

yea but the event isnt planned to come back. so players who missed it woudnt get ever the chance to get these skins. so imo its very cool they did that. before the second forge i was hoping so much they make the skins avalable from the first forge. i was new to dst when the first forge was online so i had no chance to get these skins

Console players never got the event so that could be a small reason for it and steam aid the game is cross platform so that could also be why. And because the event was only on pc so it's unfair

do you have now skins on console?

It was already made available forever through Steam DLC. All this does is allow it to be obtained without money through spools.
