If you hope to survive the winter, you need to work fast to build shelter and stockpile enough supplies to last you through the season. In Winter crops don't grow, fires are quicker to die out, the days are shorter, and a simple tent will not be enough to survive the cold.Sounds pretty epic to me. No plants, no crops, no harvesting. Less animals, for they are trying to protect themselves from the cold, or dying because of it. Survive on what you were able to get. That really sounds awesome!
