The space will fill very fast and the vent will overpressurized very quickly so it will not produce a lot of chlorine. Plus, chlorine has a very low heat capacity so the heat will not be too much. I think this one can be forgotten. But the cool steam vent is a problem... This layout takes a while to be overpressured so I don't know how to deal with it at the start of the game...
