How does one get to the further asteroids?

you need 3 fuel tanks just to get to the organic planet, even more if you want more cargo

How much fuel does one tank hold? I have never actually gotten to space let alone build a rocket to go into it yet

1 tank = 20000km 3*20000 = 60000 - weight of rocket means you can get to the organic mass

900kg of petroleum for each fuel tank for now. It may change before full release of the upgrade.

Ahh ok, that is not too bad, I thought it was going to be a lot more than that. 180 seconds on an oil refinery?

I know the upgrade is still under developmentĀ but I was wondering if there is a way to currently get to the other asteroids.

Here is my rocket for reference

Wait.... You don't have something like a bunker door to launch rocket? Rocket can go trouhgt tile?

Currently rockets destroy all tiles that are blocking it when launching to space, even neutronium. This will be most likely changed but it`s fun to watch a rocket launched from underground, making a giant hole in the asteroid.

Do the materials fall down? If not Imagine building it in the oil biome and harvesting all the materials XD

Close but not quite. Rockets pass through solar panels and steam turbines just fine.
