Everything that a killn produces is supplied by sand regolith in my base. (I have a lot deodorizers to convert my filtration medium into clay and than I feed my hatches with clay to produce coal ...) Sevio Posted July 21, 2018 Share Posted July 21, 2018 The Kiln doesn't have an overheat temperature so with the right build you could actually get it to heat itself (and a liquid) to any temperature as long as it doesn't melt. The build needed for that was too awkward to use in my other high temp projects though... My base design is very modular so I think about them like big blocks with certain in-/outputs.
