Steam Turbine Temp and Mass Changes

Unfortunately this is not the case, I posted a bug report about it. Once a gas exists on the opposite side of a steam turbine, gas will "Sometimes" flow through a part of it as if it was an airflow tile. Both the generators in that picture were never turned on, but because there was CO2 it has let it come through. The design is unplugged and it is also switched off via automation.

Maybe a thin layer of oil can prevent this. I have tried that strategy, but I can't recall my result

The design reached over 600 degrees, so unfortunately the oil would boil. but I never thought of using it like that. but I do not think there is any other liquid I can use either is there?

I think it only destroys steam if there is a vacuum being created aftrwards or if another tile deletes it

@BlueLance All of what I've seen of the Steam Generator so far to me makes me think that implementing it like this was a mistake. If the steam turbine simply required a steam pressure of 3 kg+ around itself and ejected condensed water into a pipe a lot of problems, quirks and bugs could be avoided.

Destroying steam. can confirm

I guess that's another bug and reported it in the oldest infinity turbine thread, but it is still better than the worst time. At the the worst time, turbine will destroy all the steam it absorbed.

Ok we have conflicting messages here.

In some case, in a low speed, but at least better than the worst preview.

After quick check my material list, I have to say petro is the best solution

@clickrush and anyone else interested, feel free to have a look for yourself, save attached.

Just to prevent misunderstandings, I don't claim to have invented this as I saw this being demonstrated in a video in this post:

I merely refined it a bit, added some automation and added some explanation.

Bummer, was hoping there was a material I forgot about :p They just need to fix it all, really now lol

Just finished my build in my current playthrough, still bugged:(
