Koningkrush
Glossy Dreckos need to be in a hydrogen chamber for their scales to grow, but their diet is mealwood and bristle blossoms. How do I grow mealwood and bristle blossoms in a hydrogen chamber? Carnis
Interesting question. Your dreckos move on Wallis. You have to build a ranch with part hydrogen part carbon dioxide atmosfere behind a waterlock. Dreckos cam move through an L shaped wall and your plants van grow on the bottom. Koningkrush
So I built this, and I've discovered so far that there needs to be a wall next to the plant (otherwise the drecko will not eat it), and that the drecko will continue to eat the same plant at 0% rather than moving to the next plant, causing it to starve to death. What exactly is the benefit of ranching these things over just doing to FAR more simple route of converting petroleum to plastic? Why can't they just eat meal lice and bristle berries? Kiros
Its possible their behavior is bugged. Just split your herd in half, put half of them in a room with pinchas and hydrogen to shear, and the other half with bristleberries and oxygen for replacement Dreckos. Mutineer
It looks like too complicated to be intentional. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/90411-how-do-i-feed-glossy-dreckos/#findComment-1031885 Share on other sites
KittenIsAGeek
Looks like splitting the herd is the only viable thing at the moment -- and even that won't work. They all bunch up on one mealwood and eat it into the ground, then promptly starve when there's another one right next to them. Mutineer
BTW, is it's possible to make them move by grooming them? Or they still bunch on one plant? KittenIsAGeek
They'll always stop at the first plant on their path. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/90411-how-do-i-feed-glossy-dreckos/#findComment-1031890 Share on other sites
Kiros
I'm sure that is something they will be fixing, until then, we'll have to do the tedious thing and manually replant crops when they eat them into the ground, so they move on to the next one.
