Really easy to set up.

 

Element Detector Filter.sav

This save file also included a gravity filter and a mechanical filter. They are not my original and you can find many posts about them. Thanks to every electricity miser:D.

Thanks to @Kasuha's warning, please make sure no vent is clogged.

neither do I becase I purposefully never let them mix etc, but now I wont have to worry as much, I could technically use a detector and a not gate so that if a foreign liquid is deteced the pipe flow diverts to a filter or I can try to seperate them like the OP but I worry about blockages causing it to all go wrong. Which I know will happen in my case XD
