Water sieve raises temp 75 degrees!?!?!?

Recommended Posts

So here is the deal, in early game the sieve sucks.  But late game you can cool water in a hydrotuner that sits in polluted water.  So, all your waste water goes to the pool that the hydrotuner sits in.  As you heat up your Polluted Water to a high temp cooling geyser water for example, you can then run it through the filter.  So, lets say you run your pool of polluted water up to 80 C for sake of conversation.  You have a temp control that then shuts off your hydrotuner flow and turns on the pump in the pool to start filtering the polluted water.  Now, your 80 C polluted water gets kicked out of the sieve at 40 C.  You have just deleted heat.

Although this makes no sense and is something that a player outside of coming to these forums would never figure out, it works quite well.

Personally, I think they should not be ashamed to illogically delete heat.  As I have discussed in previous posts, they have to illogically delete heat, your stuck in the middle of an asteroid.  Post explaining heat  There is no logical solution to that environment.  My problem is not communicating it to the players and fully embracing that reality.  In the description of the building, outline it, embrace it, COMMUNICATE IT!!!!!!!
