Wilson Reference in Another Game

Spent eight hours getting a ten win streak in Our Darker Purpose to unlock an achievement and new perk, turns out:

Potato Wilson Effigy.

Do you really think this is Wislon reference? I mean, there are loads of in-game characters with that kind of hair you know.

Well there is:

 

The hair, like Wilson.

The effigy gives an extra life, like the Meat Effigy.

And the first line is "A seminar on not running out of things to eat", like Don't Starve.

Other things include the "automaton" being WX-78, the "weightlifter" being Wolfgang, and "undead friends" probably referring to Abigail.

I love the concept of this mod and want to see it really happen. 

My normal style is usually much more painted / less line based, but I can do my best to try to match the style of the core game.

 

I was an environments/prop designer on Our Darker Purpose (another steam game) so I have a little experience?
