Couple New Ideas

So, I've been playing the newest update and a thought occurred to me.

We have the power to clean polluted water efficiently, but not air. By this I mean that we can't send polluted Oxygen into one end of a machine and receive clean air at the end.

Another idea I have is to expand on the room system. I think I'd be cool to have a "green house" room that increases the speed of plant growth, or increases the yield they give out.

So that's what I got, thoughts?

Have you tried the deodorizer? It sucks in polluted oxygen and puts out clean oxygen.

Grow rooms would be cool. Entertainment rooms would also be cool. There aren't any "games" the dupes can play for fun.

I've done that.  Put a bunch of deoderizers in a room with mesh or air-flow tile under them.  Then pump polluted oxygen into the room below.  Above the deoderizers will be clean oxygen.  And now that we can make more sand, this is definitely a workable method.

Or if you are familiar with Liquid Oxygen systems (LOX), they are very effective at converting po2 to o2.  Search the forum and youtube, there's many threads about that, and many different designs.

Its easier for me to make liquid oxygen than it is to boil polluted water without breaking buildings in this game
