caffeinated21
Toilets, Showers, CO2 scrubbers, and Natural gas generators produce polluted water. Fertilizer makers use it, but product natural gas, the processing of which produces more polluted water (and CO2.... the scrubbing of which generates polluted water). Long story short: Even without tapping a natural gas geyser, I am generating more polluted water than I had use for. Best solution I've seen so far is irrigated farm tiles for pincha pepper plants (or mealwood), but even with a rather large farm I'm creating more than I have use for. I guess there is a certain thematic element to my colony slowly drowning itself in pollution...
Troxism
I just pipe it into my polluted water holding tank, and periodically make my duplicants mop up part of it (this only takes a few seconds to drain a significant amount via mopping per duplicant, so this is a trivial expenditure of time, and the negative stress from being soaking wet has not really been a factor as it only lasts a short time). It's a bit ironic to me that by far the #1 source of polluted water is cleaning up CO2; every other source pales in comparison.

Octyabr
If you are really really lucky you could feed a void tile with any gas/liquid you don't want. I wish we could have access to outer space, mostly for fun tough.

Is that just dupe CO2 or counting generator CO2? Dupe CO2 should not be that much, about 4 kg/cycle per dupe. Lavatories are a lot more than that. Gas and coal generators though... Kasuha
You probably will want to route some to your fertilizer makers. And for the rest, build a large enough pincha pepper farm.
