I put about 10+ hours into the game this past week but I received no gift boxes, I was really hopping for a cute costume but would have been happy with just about anything , I find the clothing a nice way to change up my looks. Besides, the skin servers are being reset later today, so you'll get your chance to get your four skins then. I believe there's still a message printed in your log file if you fail to contact the item server to register your playtime, look for those.
