Hi, so I was checking endgame stuff, after reaching day 200 (not bragging, my game is modded so ...)

and the pick/axe is kind of meh in my opinion, I was therefore considering trying to add more tools, and for balance I wanted to get a feeling of how useful you guyz think that object is.

If it mined/chopped things in half the swings then I'd consider it really nice.

As it stands it's more of a novelty than useful in my eyes.

I like it when I need to save as many inventory slots as possible. I prefer the nomadic playstyle of moving through little bases than one giant farm with replanted stuff. But overall... I voted it's good, but in my humble opinion, it ought to have many more uses.

I tend to increase them a bit directly through the LUA to lure more people to the ruins.

Also, this cool toucan beak design :wilson_evil:!

Mining 1 stature requires 10 hits with a normal pick or gold pick. It only takes 8 hits from a thulecite pick+ax, so it's much easier to mine statues during the nightmare phase of the nightmare cycle ( I can usually get in 8 hits before the terrorbeak catches up to me. I can never get 10 hits before the terrorbeak catches up to me.) It's indispensable.
