I, errr... I am not sure how to word this right. Some might know, or many might know about a game called No Man's Sky. The reviews for the game have been mixed. What I'mkind of shocked about is how much polish and more content so many players of the game are demanding for, even going as far as to hate developers themselves and are impatient as **** in terms of patches and content... And like, the company has 12 developers. TWELVE! Like, how many people work at Klei? And this game is like what? 3D with so much stuff already in it!

Some people have said I've been making things seem more of a problem than they actually are in DS/DST and that things are relativrly fine as is. But... Considering how many things here haven't been unresolved in terms of DS,DST and in particular and are slowly being taken care of... Like, in comparison to No Man's Sky fanbase... Am I and also perhaps some others really pushing Klei that much?

I know from experience that game development is quite a tough work and that you gotta put in the hours if you want to achieve something, but... I'm just an amateur. These are more or less professionals we have at Klei and many other companies. So, this just boggles me in so many ways. What do you guys think of the comparison and whatever else related?

I don't think the comparison is a good one. No man Sky made a lot of promises and people are more demanding because of that, disappointed, and frustrated and not polite, even threatening. Also, the game is new, so people are expecting a full focus on the game.

Also, you can't really compare two compagny this way. There are so many things. Klei works on others games. Maybe No Man Sky got better funding.

I don't see why and how the way people are with NMS could be an sort of excuse for your behaviour. Like "i'm ok, look at them, they are worst" ?

1. Only 12 of the 40 employees at klei work on DST.

2. Don't Starve is small but fun and full of things to do, whereas No Man's Sky is 18 quintillion planets full of emptiness and boredom, it might as well be a desktop background generator instead.
