Mildcream Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 -Spawn with A lucky hat (Use currently unknown), 4 dubloons, 4 boards, a spyglass and a boat cannon. -He can craft ''The sea legs'', a slow boat (Speed currently unknown, but it seems similar or slower than the cargo boat) with 500 durability with a boat cannon with unlimited ammo (damage seems lower than normal boat cannon) and a sail with unlimited durability. No slot for sails or light. Requires 4 dubloons, 4 boards, and a boat cannon. -He constantly loses sanity, but he might have some sanity interaction with the sea. -Hís map will start with some nearby treasures marked. -He cannot drown. That was not a joke, if he sinks, he respawns on the nearest island. Does kinda sound weirdly op though, you can never be killed at sea, if I understood right, at the cost of a boat? rezecib Posted February 26, 2016 Share Posted February 26, 2016 He's incredibly overpowered, here's the complete list of perks: Spoiler Loses 4.8 sanity per minute on land, or 38.4 sanity per day He reveals 25% of the treasures when first loading into the world. He cannot drown; it's as if he has a built-in life vest. His hat lasts 5 days, and over the course of it being used, creates 6 additional buried treasures. This means he gets infinite buried treasure. Recipe: 1 cloth, 1 bone shard, 3 dubloons. His boat has 500 health, log raft speed, rowboat map reveal radius. It has no equipment slots, but has a built-in infinite boat cannon. Because it's so slow, it's probably worth crafting one at each location where you'd use it, and/or prebuilding one to carry around and use as needed. If you hammer it, you just need 2 dubloons and 2 boards to remake it. Recipe: 1 boat cannon, 4 boards, 4 dubloons. Edit: As for how to unlock him: Spoiler The first key you can get from fishing watery graves. The chance goes up the more you dig them up. The second key you have a 10% chance to get each time you trade with the yaarctopus. The third key you get from killing the Quacken. His cage spawns inside the volcano. Also, I don't endorse filthy cheating, but c_testcage(). In my opinion, given how difficult it seems to unlock him, he should probably deserve to be awesome regardless. He's just like Maxwell. If a player can successfully unlock him, they deserve his awesome perk, and likewise considering how difficult (and terrifying) Naval combat is, they deserve anything Woodlegs can provide.
