Wiffleball pulled his ears tighter, tight enough that he feared he'd rip them off entirely. The voice was asking so many things, talking faster than he could ever hope to respond. It was so loud, so unbearably loud - he couldn't think, couldn't see where it was coming from, but it was all around him, it was everywhere. "MAKƎ IT ƧTOP MAKƎ IT ƧTOP MAKƎ IT ƧTOP"

Crab defeated the dog! But... After such an intense combat... It sorta felt... Drained of intent to hurt... All it wanted... Was to make nice... *Click* *Click* Crab now moved towards Noctimus, holding a jar of gummy bears labeled "Gummy bears!" in big black letters. It looked at Noctimus in an apologetic way, and offered the jar to his new friend.

Wiffleball pressed against Kate's hug, unable to free himself. The voice - a girl's voice, he was sure of that - would not stop screaming Trevor's name. He pushed a second time, panicking at his inability to move as the screams went on and on. He couldn't even hear himself think anymore. "ƧHƎ WOИ'T ƧTOP! TRƎVOЯ, DO SOMƎTHIИG! AИYTHIИG!"

The hug was making things worse. Kate let go, starting to panic now. She didn't know what was wrong or what was causing it or how to help. "Kate, it's the coat! It has to be the coat; it's the only thing that's changed!" Not questioning her brother, she tried to get the coat off as fast as she could, nearly ripping it off him.

Trevor, who was clearly panicked, took off his own coat and placed it upon Kate's head so they could both hide from whatever was bothering Wiffleball.

Noctimus backed as far as he could into his corner when the crab approched him. Strangly, the crab didn't attack him, and instead was offering him something. Noctimus sniffed the jar a few times before nuzzling the crab as a thank you, and climbing into the jar.  Hopefully these gummy bears didn't have any coconut in them. Noctimus is allergic to coconuts.

The gummy bears tasted great, and were a variety of different flavors, such as apple, blueberry, watermellon, and orange. Once Noctimus was inside and devouring the gummy bears, the crab silently snickered as it pulled off the fake label, revealing the true label on the exterior.

The mutt had walked right into his trap...

Oh, hey! Another crab! The dragon quickly snapped up the crab, in her excitement forgetting to snap down on it to kill it first. Oh well. The various rocks and sand inside her digestive track would take care of that as it slowly and painfully ground him into manageable pieces :3

Noctimus starts to feel sick. He spits out the gummy bears, but the damage is already done. This damage won't cause Noctimus to have diarrhea, but instead will cause him to get sick. The culprit to cause this damage was the coconut oil used in the making of the bears.

(I was honestly, really hoping the crab would get at least one redeeming quality. Silly me.)

The coat was much harder to remove than it should have been, almost as if it were actively clinging to Wiffleball. And by now, he was trembling very badly, a trickle of nightmare fuel leaking from his mouth. He could just barely hear Kade's voice against the sea of noise, and although he couldn't tell what Trevor was doing, it was fairly obvious that it wasn't working. He practically yelled, putting as much effort as he could to be heard over the voice. "TƎLL HƎR TO ƧTOP!"

"Who is "her"?!" Trevor asked frantically. This situation was certainly stressful. He hated to see his friend in such discomfort.

---

Noctimus laid on his side. He smiled weakly when he found out his "friend" was still alive, before going into a coughing fit.

"KƎLƧEY!" Two inky black tendrils erupted from his back, knocking Kate and Angelle over and forcing the coat off with enough power for it to hit the far wall. A moment afterwards, they melted back into him, leaving no trace of their presence. The voice was gone.
