(No. We have to wait for Wakana and Percy to catch up with us time wise first.)

(Edit: ninja'd by Halved.)

Dispite the warm skins she found herself laying on and the company of a frog she had come to find presence of comforting, Athena couldn't sleep. She stared at roof of the tent, still shivering. Everytime she tried to close her eyes she was jolted awake by a strange surge of fear and despair. This was going to be a long night for her.

(That is actually impossible. Each night is the same length for everyone; the sleeping habits or moods of a single person do not change this.)

(But, if you think about it, when you sleep you wake up in the morning though it felt like it only last for a moment...while if you stay awake, you go throught each second of the night, thus deceiving your mind in the idea that night last for a long time. Everything is relative.)

(Note. This is all happening before the time skip, slowly going into the time skip, because I am an idiot and can't read everything fast enough.)

Meredith looked up, and, worried, she ran towards her base, weaving throughout the maze as fast as she could, clumsily activating a few traps as she went. A slight trip here and there, a small cut on her arm and leg, and perhaps a more distressing slash on her cheek, but the pain was dulled by the fear she had of the oncoming darkness.

(Cue the freedom of Wulfric.)

She accidentally tripped off a red strand of yarn, and she braced herself for an impact, but none came. Not that she would notice in her panic, of course.

Slowly, she was making her way through the maze, making her way towards the stone pit that was in the center. By now she was brutally cut on several places, but she kept limping along, uncaring of the severity of her wounds. The familiar walls and dropped stones were coming into view, and she quickly followed the yellow stones, her metaphorical breadcrumbs to the center.

The logs were turning ashen as the tongues of orange and red curled. She stared at the flames wistfully; this place was illogical, with the night and the fire-starting. Slowly, she leaned back and lay down on the grass, curling into the fetus position. She found out from habit that the sun comes faster in rest.

Wakana heard a snap, and looked at the net trap as it broke, and Wulfric hit the ground, though he quickly regained his stance.

Wakana: "Oh thank goodness..."

Wakana hopped atop Wulfric's back, and looked around. He noticed a light in the distance. He wasn't sure if it was light of one of the humans trapped here, as he met with before, or lights of a Pig Village. But there was no time to waste. Night would be here any minute, and although Wulfric was safe from the Dark Thing, He himself wasn't. He hit Wulfric's behind, causing him to gallop toward the light source.

(Y-you didn't...

You did NOT just ask a scientist if you can help!

Oh crap oh crap oh crap

*hides*)

The scientist stops his writing abruptly and stares at Moxie, looking him over with interest.

"You could help me with some questions about the plant, Wekesa I think she calls herself."
