Spazmatic
When you've become a ghost you can haunt a lot of things ranging from trees to butterflies. It can give a random effect or do nothing noticable. I believe later on in DST development ghost players need to haunt whatever they come across in order to stay alive as a ghost (possibly only in permadeath enabled servers). Some hauntng effects: - Cut a tree down- Light a tree on fire- Turn a tree into a treeguard(!)- Turn a pigman into a werepig- Turn a normal flower into an evil flower- Light a butterfly on fire- Wake up a sleeping tallbird- Make an item move- Track the koalefant by hunting the dirt piles- Break rocks- Make the pig king disaprove of your haunting And plenty more! rezecib
Another cool haunt effect is changing the color of mushrooms. It's a 25% chance, and works both on picked and unpicked mushrooms. I foresee this being very useful if you find a blue/green mushroom ring and want to convert half of it to the other type. You'd need a friend nearby with an ice staff, though, because you might light them on fire.

Soar
Oh yes... when Vargs become a thing... >=J Huh, I thought Vargs were only a RoG mob. I should probably do more research but when did they add RoG stuff into the base DST?
