Klto
I was watching some videos, bored and thinking about DST then I thought "What am I going to do if I join a server with a WX78 who's already eaten all of the gears in the world? Then I can't stop my food from spoiling and my house WILL burn down." I have thought of a few suggestions to address these problems. 1. Make WX78 drop the gears he has eaten on death. (Kinda gruesome, makes you want to hunt him more) 2. Make Clockworks respawn every ~30 days. (Someone might camp the spawn, may start wars for spawn points) Yes I do understand that gears are obtainable through tumbleweeds, but no one will be able to spend 5~ days chasing tumbleweeds while getting settled and readying for the next season. TheKingofSquirrels
There is so many resources apart from that which are non-renewable. That´s why they are keeping the players maximum to a four. I mean, Jesus think about Mandrakes, those are going to banish instantly, they don´t even have tumbleweeds to bring them back. TheReveredOne
Maybe the map is very wide , there would be many clockworkshop , crank , metal potato , ring , (i forgot the one) thing , pig villages and etc . Coz you know many players should have a wide map! LoneBarren
You forget that they said that there would be massive maps, and also, ruins provide millions of gears, literally millions. Also you can have like 20 ruins in one world as long as you have enough sinkholes, Gears shouldn't be a big concern. Exploring underground content isn't as hard as many wold believe and it is quite easy to live undergroundYou forget that they said that there would be massive maps, and also, ruins provide millions of gears, literally millions. The Letter W
Maybe they'll be craftable in Multiplayer only, though I wouldn't know what to make them out of. I don't know if anyone has the ability to achieve any of that. It was difficult but it was fun and a good change from my normal play style. Living underground is very rewarding and is very easy once you are established, with day and night passing above ground you can set up an above ground support system of bee hives to provide honey and flowers for any immediate sanity issues.
