SamLogan
Hello, Now, the pigs don't accept any food since you give them some seeds. Is it a bug?
Number7even
I would love to know the answer to this as well. If you can't feed the pigs anymore that basically means you HAVE to find beefalo... kind of a pain in the butt
XirmiX
Huh? What? You do realize that pigs can eat but when they have a full belly they refuse to eat anything? That's pigs for you!
Number7even
I don't know, since I install Reign of Giants I can't feed pigs to get manure anymore. They completely reject flowers, berries, carrots, and the like
XirmiX
You probably fed them too much. Didn't you?
Number7even
No, I could not feed them at all. As in not even once. As in when I tried from the first time nothing happened. As in no manure.
brummbar7
I saw a dev indicate this was a bug in another topic (forget which). Maybe search SethR's recent posts.
jtellez14
Thank you for posting this, I've been wondering ever since I started playing RoG. No eggplant, pomegranate, pumpkin, nothing! Only meat. I do miss being able to get manure from them easily.
UnderwearApp
You can drop a stack on the ground in the middle of a pig village, come back the next day to find many poops! They still eat the items off the ground.

Number7even
Do you have to drop them one by one or can you drop it as a stack?
isolanni
I tried to feed a pig some acorns ( a pigs favorite food ), and he refused. Feeding pigs is one of the quirky activities that makes Don't Starve a classic in originality. Please allow feeding acorns to pigs - and maybe even get an unusual response, such as : the pig does a dance of joy or remembers your name for a day and comes back and asks you ( by name, the next day ) for more acorns. The personalities of the creatures is where DS's charm lies.I wish merms had more personality!
