Cookie Cutter Cap should give Electric resistance

They said the creatures immune to electricity are machines, rock creatures, and “cookies”. So makes sense and gives more utility to this item.

Worse case if they aren't 'cookie' enough they feel 'rocky' enough to me. Having an armor with electricity / lightning insulation would be pretty good especially behind the Cookie Cutter's drop. Always liked that hat for the durability but I do reckon it isn't all too great beside this.

I really like the idea of "cookie" being treated as an element that enemies can have, rather than purely based on if they're gingerbread or not.

IIRC you used to be able to put him to sleep, and that got nerfed quickly, so they at least sorta cared.

Cookie cutter is the one creature THAT cuts cookie instead of a creature of  cookies. Otherwise, a meat cleaver is a piece of meat that is able to cut instead of a metal knife/blade that cuts meat? Totally wired idea.
