I think these are a really cool addition, but they really should be repairable with WARBIS repair kits after fixing them up initially. ATM they use other drone parts you get from other broken drones, which makes them extremely expensive to maintain. I don't mind doing the fight to get them, but keeping the drones maintained should be easier.

When W.A.R.B.O.T. dies near the coastline, Warblers may fall into the ocean.

Additionally, during the fight with the Celestial Champion and upon defeating it, the server is still very prone to crashing. I only had the 'Show Me' mod enabled.

i found that during my testing that the deactivated terramites have a very high chance of getting destroyed by the scion's dash attack during the fight, making it very hard to actually retrieve them to repair after the fight is over, can this be looked into?

also, please let us use WARBIS repair kits on the terramites once they become friendly, they are extremely expensive to maintain when they require warbot kills

Red - old values, green - updated values

and as you can see, the Inimical Gestalt is now a planar entity.

This is kinda off-topic which I hope is OK but I find this really intresting. I may be misinterpreting and to be frank I'm not a coder so I'm unsure of how this works but does the way the game handles attacks is with a range stat rather than actual hitboxes? How does that work?

The player just caught six of the countless gestalts. Then, Celestial Abomination, which is even more powerful than Celestial Champion, just dropped from the sky like this? It feels like the plot of this part is so weak and hard to understand. Moreover, the appearance of Celestial Abomination was rather unremarkable, not even comparable to that of Celestial Champion. It was like a stone that was casually thrown away.:(

It is hoped that during the process of players capturing gestalts, Alter's expression gradually changes from surprise to anger (such as changes in voice or screen), and then when gestalts are made into robots, Alter's emotions completely explode, and at this time, an anomaly appears in the sky. Then Celestial Abomination made a grand appearance.:D

@V2C

It's also rather foolish for Wagstaff to get directly close to Celestial Abomination.

It would be better to let Celestial Abomination pretend to be weak. Then, when Wagstaff is using the machine to re-imprison Celestial Abomination, he is suddenly attacked by Celestial Abomination.;)

Do you plan on making any heat updates in the future? Don't you think using thermals for the mid and late game is very outdated in the current state of the game? Maybe a thermal upgrade or a portable oven. Or a QoL that will allow us to wear seasonal clothing with a backpack. Especially considering the new boss's heat-seeking missiles, I definitely think something new needs to be added for this. Because setting the environment on fire or using hot thermal stones doesn't seem like the right design at all. Besides, thermal stones are completely unusable for this boss in the summer. So, if heat-seeking missiles are looking for heat, why doesn't cooling our character down make them just fly past us?

The entire plot of the Moon line lacks the sense of Wagstaff's disregard for risks in studying the moon while gradually being targeted by Alter

There should be an animation of Wagstaff's shadow magic being evaporated by Celestial Abomination during the process of being captured from the real world.

It is suggested to add a plot where the player coincidentally encounters Wagstaff near the iridescent gems when they first go to the underground archive. It indicates that he has begun to covet the power of the moon.:)

Dunno how big the lunacy aura for the boss is gonna be but if it’s anywhere near celestial champion, then boy is Warly gonna have a fun time managing sanity in this fight.

The battle with Warly is much easier than with Wanda or a character with low HP (75). Before starting the fight against the Scion (just keep running away from him while eating), Warly can easily consume the two marked recipes to quickly reduce his sanity to 0. The rest of the battle does not need to worry about this anymore.

They haven’t added the lunacy aura yet.

Partially unrelated but kind of so does the void robe block lunacy aura?

I believe the void robe only blocks negative sanity auras. The brightshade armor prevents gestalts from attacking but that would suck to give up the mag. I’d prolly go all ranged with that build if it’s as bad as CC3 but I’ll wait and see what we get!

Yeah for sure. I would definitely prefer to use the cowl with maul/reaper for this fight if possible so that kinna limits armor choices.

I think the armor choices are fine, the issue is that Warly doesn’t have great options for managing his lunacy. It’s been an issue since CC but I don’t think beefalo + bhelm would be a great idea for either of these fights.

Hopefully Warly’s skilltree adds good sanity-reducing food; ideally something that kept it zeroed out for a long period of time. Heap of Foods added void mayo which reduced sanity over time. Was perfect for Warly because wasn’t affected by food memory.
