Shouldn’t Quilted Puffy Vest also affect the Breezy Vest?

Yes, please! Please, please!

I wish more skins would do the 'shared cosmetic' thing that stuff like Spears/Staves do.

I really want this, and amulet skins to be combined/apply to each of their variants!

For an item that's both a hassle to get and being functionally barely useful I don't get why this or any other clothing items are getting skins unless Klei's planning something with them. Really hope for that additional clothing/backpack slot to exist someday.

it encourages people to use things when they are invested in the thing. having a fancy skin to show off is worth the hassle of using the item once or twice for some people. it also shows people that an item exists when it gets a skin(sometimes you forget about an item you never use), also there might be some merit to just having more clothes options even if they arent super useful(i used the feather headband for like a year after the skin for it came out just to enjoy wearing it)

I'll always wonder why alot of wood armor skins also have a scalemail skin bundled with them... i love it but i cannot make sense out of it.

A log suit is required in the recipe to craft scalemail, which is why I imagine it’s there (similar to how staff skins take spears in their recipe, or how lazy explorer ones take canes). I do wish they were a bit more lenient with things like amulets that use very similar sprites, though.

Most people I know are not encouraged by these. They look cool but thermals and high tier protective hats kinda makes them pointless anyway.
