Realistically, the problem with the fur roll lies entirely in the fact that waiting to regen just isn't fun. So the most effective way to buff it would be to just... make that regen faster. 15-20 seconds spent healing still isn't ideal. But it's also a lot easier to swallow than 30-60 seconds.

I think it could be cheaper to make! Obviously players have plenty of better options to raise their stats, but sleeping is there for you when you don't have those better alternatives! If you measure the effort to make a fur roll vs. gathering some food though... it becomes much less attractive...

I wouldn't want to see the roll be better than traditional options, but I think if it were easier to make it could better function as "emergency recovery", since most things, even sleeping, beat being dead.

Yeah, since the nerf it is way too difficult to get puffs. Honestly every bunnyman should (I think) should drop what they drop now with a 50% chance to drop an extra puff.

It is absolutely not. A tight enclosure with Hutches and Anenemies in a ratio of 1:2 and you already have a passive daily source of Bunny Puffs.

How many Hutches you got?

Mob farms don't define the rarity of items very well. I suspect most players don't know about or bother with them.

Werepigs guarantee pig skins. Beardlords guarantee you don't get a bunny puff.

Walter's Tent Roll is a lot better than people give it credit for, we dont need a fur roll buff so long as it exists, celestial portal and character swapping are fairly cheap so you swap to walter, spam a load of tent rolls out then swap back.

Walter's camper tent heats you up and also drys you off so when combined with winter insulation like beefalo hat/buffy vest you dont need to light trees on fire or use up starcaller staff or make a campfire. You can heal and heat up at the same time which is time efficient. Camper tent allows you to live off the land eating raw morsels/meat and cooked monster meat while being able to heal both health and sanity anywhere.

Im shocked people prefer doing the extremely tedious to setup,  crockpot cooking.

Food management? Ew no thanks,

I'll stick to my camper tent and non-spoilable healing salves for bosses. Once you free yourself from using noobie crockpots the amount of time you save for the more fun stuff will amaze you.

Three and the puffs keep piling . x) There are more Anemies in this world, so it could be expanded upon, and I never bothered optimizing the setup. Once every blue moon I gather them using a Lazy Forager and by now I have more than I could ever use in this world.

For some reason I thought you had a bunch of cloned Fugu Hutches dealing thorns damage. Rabbit hutches makes more sense. XD

Fur rolls are nice as Wormwood when I'm doing my first ruins exploration in summer. Food doesn't effect your health anyway so you can convert lichen into health during nightmare phase where you're twidling your thumbs waiting for the calm phase. They do become less useful once you can mass produce poultices/reliably farm bee queen for jelly beans though.

What I want to know is if the fur roll was ever used prior to the infamous Bunnymen drop nerf.

Alas, I should have thought about polling that at the time...

if it helps i've been using it for like the entirety of my dst experience.....not sure if i ever used it in ds before dst though i think i only used strawroll and mandrakes and in like one warly game the siesta
