If it's gonna be in the game then I think that would be really cool, but I think it's just for the beta, am I right? She has a strong personal connection to both Wagstaff and Charlie, so we wanted to design the skilltree in a way to reflect that. It is intentional that she does not gain "affinity" to either side. Most of the survivors are mildly morally "challenged" at worst, but Winona seems to have a perfectly mostly functioning moral compass and Wagstaff is a ****ing psychopath. I think that she would not harm her sister if that was the scenario, but she probably knows that there isnt much to do without either of their help.
