"I'm afraid" you are wrong, says the op.

If you are calling my post a propaganda, then I'm offended.

There is no misinformation in this post, everything is open to judgement. I did not try to win any political votes among forum members, I only directly address your comments. This post doesn't fit the criteria of a propaganda.

The only reason I mentioned Wigfrid is because it's mentioned by someone else and I needed to comment on it. My arguments focus solely on the main point itself.

If you are calling my post a propaganda, then your comment twisted my good will, and I find it tilting and irritating.

It was a joke, lad. Chill. You're all too serious and adamant on such a punctual thing for a character slapped to kingdom-come with re-re-re-balances. Leave it be. If you love nerfs for "uNc0m4ROmizing Ch@ll3nGez" -> Uncompromising Mode. There all characters are nerfed to the ground.

If you love nerfs

Sorry, I don't love nerfs. Being serious is my natural comfortable state. But I can take it as a joke.

And for the record again, because the "nerf" accusation has come up again and again, I don't like nerfs for the sake of nerfs. Anything with good reason will get my support. Unreasonable accusation of "balance" or "nerf" I've seen under this thread are not.

Just because "nerf" is a legit criticism to another thread doesn't mean it's a generally good criticism. In this case in particular, it twisted my good will.

Don't get my wrong, I've said once early under this thread that Wolfgang as current is, is at a sweet spot. And I've hearted various comments that were against this nerf.

Yes, I'm serious. And I can laugh at good jokes. But not those backed by bad points.

You bring up great points, Wolfgang has always been a broken character and here is another hidden reason why. This is a needed nerf

being good at combat is broken? There is other important things in DST other than fighting mobs and bosses. Exploring, being able to travel fast to important places (Wanda and Wortox says hello), collecting stuff and being able to create unique and useful structures.

Wolfgang is only good at 1 thing, and you wanna take it from him? lol

i just think this change would not be fun. you would just be adding grinding time to a character focused in combat, which breaks the purpose of playing the character imo

Okay so.. do you give the Wendy 28 Darkswords, or Wolfgang 8? If he’s gonna kill things twice as fast as the rest of the cast (with exception to maybe Wanda?) then he shouldn’t also use up less resources while doing it.

Not trying to be offensive, but you miiiight be bad at math comparing 28 swords to 8. Wendys playstyle arent focused on solo killing raid bosses, but hordes of mobs.

Come to think of it, Wendy arent even bad at fighting ur usual raid bosses, a good Wendy player will always use tamed beeffalo + abby combo. Wendy can actually do the same amount of damage as other non combat characters, if not more, while also being the best horde destroyer, after Woodie, of course.

You should check this, actually.  Note how author didnt even used dark swords once during boss fights, while also being quite effective at fighting said bosses thanks to Abby.

This reminds me that the wimpy Wolfgang who deals 25% less damage, also use up weapons 25% slower. This is a reference to the mechanics of Wolfgang himself, which hints that he should probably use up weapons more quickly in mighty form.

This idea reminds me of Dimitri from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, who has a small chance to trigger one of his special abilities which would do twice of damage but also double the cost of the usage of the used weapon, idk why I am saying this but I think it's funny.

Also indirect buff to Ham Bat (woohoo?)
