I just need this clarification. I understand when frog rains, frog won't land on boats. But will frog start to rain if it's not raining frogs yet? Thank you! It would suck hell for people who are boating far from mainland, because they will have no way to evade the frogs given how small the space you have to move around. But no frogs will spawn anywhere near you if you arent near land, and the frogs wont spawn at all if no one is on land, but it can still rain.
