I've seen dams, but the beavers are long-gone from those areas. The best we get are squirrels and seagulls. Sometimes the odd raccoon and Canadian Moose. I bet in the more wooded areas [like, 70% of Canada is] have a more diverse ecosystem, but urban Canadians probably will never encounter a beaver. I talk too much. YES, BEAVERS ARE QUITE CANADIAN.
