Okay! I'm awake, done with morning class, and bright eyed and bushy tailed in perpetually foggy coastal California! Only to learn Willette's gone for a couple weeks. Ah well, good luck with whatever you're doing.

They're mostly there, a few are missing. Try searching for "" to find empty lines.

The animation art needs to be done before we can get any real traction on the project, and with Willette being gone for a while, you're going to have to do your own art or ask someone else. Unless you want me to work on the code with placeholder art, but again, I'm not that great a coder and can probably just make a generic character without fancy special abilities.I'm thinking about implementing more tuning on Willette's monster meat ability so it behaves more like normal meat. Also I just realized she gets MORE bonus as the monster meat gets more spoiled, since the code just inverts the current sanity and health values. I'll have to do something about that.As with the making regular food harm health and sanity, I dunno. Sounds like it would make her pretty hardmode. Maybe I can steal some of Woodie's code and make a "beastmode Willette" (like some of her art shows) that has this ability, but I feel would be exceptionally difficult to code.

I just imagined a beardling with my kind of beard hair. IRL I actually have a giant beard down to about my collarbone, no joke (I'm 21). My beard hair is brown, somewhat curly, and very coarse/scratchy. It would be a pretty terrifying creature, methinks.Also I just had a thought, what if the beardlings changed their hair color based on the character you're playing as? Like, if you were playing as Woodie, you'd have ginger beardlings. GINGER BEARDLINGS! Imagine that!

Okay, I changed the monster meat function to be more sensible. She now gets half as much health and sanity (this is configurable), because I felt that 20 health and 15 sanity from something that's pretty abundant in the med-late game is a bit silly. Also, I didn't need to do anything with the spoiling, it seems inst.components.edible.healthvalue/sanityvalue takes it into account somehow.

Also fixed a bug where if you saved in complete darkness and loaded the save, you'd get hit by grue.

It has the extended dialog lines that Willette made, as well.

I'm open to suggestions about more balanced perks. I'm too lazy/unimaginitive to think of them myself.Also, changing her anims ingame Woodie-style is much easier than I originally thought, the game already has a function for doing this. Perhaps after eating too much monster meat or being low on sanity, beastmode activates and she has different perks? She likes to hunt, so higher movement speed and damage at the cost of...something? Just throwing science at the wall and seeing what sticks here.This is all theoretical of course, I'll have to see if this can be done in the way I think it can be done tomorrow. I'm on my phone now. :p I'll have to use placeholder art as well, because once again, not an artist.

Might help you with the balancing; can you make a list of her perks please?
