Maybe Art is Art.. but: When you have a 72 inch large theater sized TV and some of your game textures are updated and look prettier while others are not.. then the Art that isn’t updated is just “Outdated Art”

Oh, thanks for letting me know what I see with my own eyes. I was unaware others could see through them.

Again, I can't tell the difference. Well too much of a difference. *Shrugs* it's just not too apparent to me.

Well, I don't have vision issues, that I am 100% certain of. As I said before I think it's the drawn style nature of the game. I have always had a problem telling the difference between 480p anime and HD anime, it just looks the same. I can tell a difference with other games that us 3d models just fine, it's always 2D drawn media that I have a hard time telling when it has had an visual enhancement. 

I think it may be because my brain is filling in missing "gaps". The no eyes deer example just looks like the color is different. 

Despite what another user said, things that are drawn and are visually enhanced usually means an uptick in pixels. To an untrained eye combined with the small scale of items in the game and it can simply look like a "color change" to someone who doesn't look at a lot of pixel/drawn media. More pixels in a black line doesn't automatically translate to a "sharper look" to everyone, to me the line just looks "thicker/darker" if that makes sense.
