How do you want Wilson to be reworked?

That goes both way you know?

People want characters that are fun and functional to play with, Maxwell is a good example of a character that really needs the refresh, cause dear god can his shadows be frustrating.

If you punch a shadow it goes away.

We already know... doesnt change how frustrating they can be, and that the only way to stop them from destroying your stuff is by losing the Fuel used to make them.

Why do you need them constantly following you around? Make a few shadows, chop an entire forest, get hundreds if not thousands of logs for the cost of like 3nmf which is really easy to get as Maxwell, punch the shadows away. Why do you need them constantly following you around keeping you at low sanity and causing enemies to chase you for longer? What's the point?

So you don't make them again.

Multitasking? maybe an emergency happened and you couldnt finish the job or even start? (like hound waves), also dealing with other Maxwells who dont get rid of the shadows and destroy the team's base, etc.

A better question is why not add this feature? it has no cons and its a good QoL change.

Besides his alias is literally The Puppet Master, someone with that alias should be able to control the stupid puppets...

What do you mean "multitasking"? If you're multitasking you want them to be chopping. You aren't multitasking if you're wanting them to stop. That's single tasking.

Don't kite the hounds away from the trees you want to chop and into trees you don't want to chop. If someone is doing that they would be the same person to not calm their shadows.

So because other people are being weird for no reason the character isn't functional? A lot of Willows burn bases and a lot of Wurts and Webbers put their minions way too close, are they also unfun and nonfunctional?

Those people with shadows in the base would still do the same thing. If they aren't punching shadows there's a good chance they won't be calming them either.

I hope since Wilson is the "base character" and "attractive for new players".

I hope he gets perks that focus on "working together" or "assisting".

My only reasoning is that so it incentives new players to be cooperative, and to play the game with keeping others in mind.

Since this is a "cooperative" game having a starter character that focuses on learning the ropes and supporting others acts as ACTUAL training wheels to learn to play the game and guide the player to being more courteous that isn't through a free punching bag companion.

Since that probably won't become a thing though and I hope whatever science contraptions Wilson gets to make takes a note out of wagstaff's work.

Still havent given a good reason to not add this feature.

Trolling cause you dont have an argument?

Is that what you've been doing this whole time? I should have known when you were repeatedly unable to answer the simple question of why it should be added, what use it has.

A QoL is a QoL...

Its beneficial, in multiple ways, even for the Duelists.

An example is when dealing with a Poisonous Tree, or even a Treeguard, due to how hard they focus on cutting a tree they end up dying often unless you run far away quickly.

Having more control over your followers is just good, simple as that.

Wilson should be the "easy-mode" character as opposed to Wes' "hard mode".

The beard thing is good to make winter easier, but it shouldn't reset on death because newbies will die a lot.

More should be added to help with health, hunger, sanity, and other environment hazard.

Maxwell farting is beneficial in various ways. It's a qol, which makes it a qol. Him farting is good, simple as.

Keep acting like an immature child that thinks fart jokes are funny.

Really shows how little credibility you have.

In place of an argument you have ad hominem. As if you could be any less credible than you already were.

Just because you're a child who thinks farting is funny and everything about farts is a joke doesn't make it true. Him farting would be a qol and good addition to the game, as demonstrably proven by you trolling instead of putting forth an argument on why it shouldn't be added.

Once again no argument, only ad hominem projection. Leaving a comment that says nothing except "I'm not the kid, you are, you kid!" is the epitome of maturity.
