Maybe it’s a tiny mechanical minion of some sort? There was a TON of posts about wanting Winona to have some Wagstaff style silly minion companions & Klei probably took that ball and ran with it.

TIME TRAVELER is a bit of a stretch (not to mention it would probably make low end Xbox & Playstation consoles spontaneously Explode due to trying to handle the technical Capacity requirements) 

But.. Someone who can build her OWN Clockwork “CLOCK” Work minions would perfectly fit the “time” hint..

And if you need any further persuasions- You need not look any further than Mid-Summers Cawnival with mechanical robotic contraptions Galore! And one of those contraptions happened to be This little Guy-
