But , After I save and load , This status (Duress to Impress) will disappear . Is this normal ? Most probably it is bug with easy fix - there is one parameter in the effect-adding logic that defines if it should be saved. It seems that this effect is handled differently than I used to add effects for duplicants, so tldr - I lied to you, it is not just a matter of this missing "true" value, the logic is a little different. Not "lied", you just were under a misapprehension. I would imagine this is in the general category of load save quirks, like where everyone in a cold base gets hypothermia immediately after loading a save.
