I love how Wolfgang isn't even on the list, i personally think he's overpowered, all you need to destroy every boss in the game is a stack of pierogi or dragon pies, the later now easily farmed by the dozen all year round and maybe a couple of Warly dishes to deal with health sponges.

He also gets 2X speed as if 2X damage wasn't enough, at least WX-78 has to earn his gears and still get a lightning strike, Wolfgang? nothing, just eat food that is really abundant at your preferred spot and at all seasons thanks to the new farming.

the op thing about wolfgang i think that isnt how it makes raid bosses faster, is how he deletes and kite multiple enemies like shadows, hounds, worms, etc

needing half of the time to kill a raid boss isnt that big deal

wolfgang isn't on the list because he wasn't reworked yet...

the poll is asking who needs a second rework.

Well, I dont think Walter, Wortox or Wurt have had a rework yet either, yet there they are.

Correct me if Im wrong.

I think Walter, Wurt, Wortox and Wormwood are eligible for the list (though Wormwoods recent buffs probably count as his rework) Because they are Klei’s most recent made characters, and while they may have already been designed with the Rework style of creation already in Mind-

(the original cast was designed for single player DS and needed some team work based improvements)

The newer characters still have room for improvements. but technically.. they wouldn’t count as a Second rework because they’ve yet to receive their first.

Winona on the other hand has already had her second rework and she still wins the votes by a landslide victory.. this will be her third rework if she got one.

Now Personally- I think all the characters are fine as they are (with exception to the 7 not yet Reworked ones) they could use small tweaks here or there but they don’t need a full blown rework.

Wilson, Webber, Wolfgang, Wickerbottom, Wes, WX78, & Maxwell I hope become half as fun as Willow, Woodie or Wendy.

As a console player without access to the nearly infinite world of mods: These Character reworks Are Klei’s way of providing us with NEW exciting content, new craftable items, new ways of interacting with our character, their abilities, and their environment.

And in terms of Reworks: Wendy, Willow and Woodies were the most fun each adding new gameplay and exciting content- Wigfrids rework felt kind of rushed.. it doesn’t really play all that much differently then from how she’s always played: And her rework is hands down the one I’ve disliked the most so far.

But there are still 7 other characters who still are in line for their reworks- And I hope they’re all more Wendy/Willow level reworks rather than Wigfrid level reworks.

With Winona already having her rework (and her second rework) but still being the most voted on that needs a Rework- I hope they will seriously consider tweaking Winona a bit more, in fact it probably wouldn’t hurt to go through the entire cast after they’ve ALL been reworked and see what they can tweak, improve or nerf if need be.

I have some ideas to rework/rebalance winning to make her more interesting and not just a switch character:

Winona QOL/ adjust: an interesting character who has struggle to find her true calling/ defining characteristic to make her truly appealing. And now she is the engineer/builder of the group. But still lacks some defining characteristics to make people want to keep playing with her, instead of just switching from her after building her unique crafts, so I think she needs a few changes to round her up.

- It's a skilled builder: a few tweaks to make it more interesting. At 80-100% hunger she would have speed crafting like she does now (0,5 seconds per craft). At 50-79% hunger her crafting speed would be normal, but this lack of efficiency would cost her -5 sanity per craft. At 0-49% hunger, she would craft slower than normal, and this would depress her to the point of  draining her sanity by -20 per craft.

Her current downside is a LOT more annoying than people realize.  Double crafting time when you're low hunger... double crafting time is actually a really big penalty if you're trying to craft a helmet or spear mid combat.  Early game you'll craft a lot, but sporadically meaning you take the hunger hit often.  I don't know many people who continually top up their hunger all the time, but I don't, especially early game.  That makes this downside very awkward.  imo this downside is a pretty big deterrent to playing her - where as a pick and switch you have a fridge of food and you're spam crafting so this penalty is basically non-existent for that side of the aisle.

I do like your idea because it doesn't inflict a constant drain.  Winona uses a deceptively high volume of food in the early game.  I also like the penalty dropping to normal crafting speeds before going all the way to double.  Nothing sucks like being shafted with double crafting, and there is no middle ground.

While I don't think your concept is bad I think the benchmarks you've set are horrible and would need to be more generous.  She has a stomach of 150, that means missing just 30 hunger would put her at a penalty in your system.  Meatballs are a staple food item and recover 62.5.  You're just forcing her to be wasteful with such a high bar.

Winona burns 75 hunger a day and most foods that players use can recover up to 75 hunger.  I think that can set a more reasonable mark.  Under 50% you could take away the speed crafting and you wouldn't be forcing players to be wasteful to recover it.  Food jumps from 75 hunger jump all the way to 150, a full belly from 0 for her...  Obviously we wouldn't want to go all that way before we hit the second penalty, so I think at 25% the slow crafting penalty could kick in.

With those numbers I think this would be an improvement.

The only thing i feel needs readjusted on Walter is his slingshot cursed rounds are useless compared to marble and the damage output of the slingshot could stand to be doubled across the board to make up for it's slow attack speed.
