Alexias
Walking cane +permanent (25%) speed boost as you hold it -Expensive to get through you can get the blueprint and the walrus tusk by stealing method. TheOnlyGuyEver
5% is not worth it. If it were 10%, then sure.
Caochu
The stalking stick fits better on Wormwood In Hamlet, you get so much of it that with Wormwood I waste them by putting them near flytrap and light them up, to safely kill the mob. With one use of a sewing kit, you repair the whole item so I feel it is really balanced with the walking cane. As always, a question of taste

inferjus4
It is not better than the walking cane, but replaces it very well.
Faintly Macabre
Oh, I didn't even know it could be repaired. That makes it seem fairly well-balanced to me. Doesn't seem too hard to swing a sewing kit every 15 days.
Maxposting
considering I do have a repair kit on me for my tam, it's an absolute win to have slightly more speed just for sacrificing little more hound's teeth
S19TealPenguin
Stalking Sticks are so easy to get that the durability doesn't matter. I naturally acquire ~5 in my first 15 days.
oCrapaCreeper
They're dirt cheap and can be repaired, it'd be silly not to use it.
