You'll want to log in to accounts.klei.com to check that. Did you change the linking at some point? If so, you'll need to re-earn those drops. If you moved your twitch account to a different Klei account that hasn't yet received the items, you'll need to re-watch streams to earn the items again. You'll need to log in to DST on that account to receive them. If I am not mistaken isn't the guy on the stream was banned from the twitch drop thing and you can't get items from his streams because of replaying old videos instead of playing the game or am I mistaken? Maybe someone who looks like the guy I am thinking on? This is a different account than the one that you posted. 76561198264007696 is the account you're logging into, 76561198317227097 is the account that you have linked that has the items.
