This is a mouse who makes mods.

Try the mod, it is frickin' awesome.

 

There is one bug though, most things are considered as dropped so he pretty much only says the line that corresponds to it.

Inside Gaming is a youtube channel with a focus on, well, games obviously. They play games, make commentary and do podcasts and such. That may not sound super unique or anything but it's actually pretty damn funny and if you've never heard of it, I would certainly recommend checking it out.
