If they're going to add it: Yes. There NEED to be an option for this, because otherwise I'll probably not play it as much. Otherwise: No. I don't like the idea of bringing PvP to Don't Starve. Killing the characters with other characters just seems very strange to me. Wilson killing Wendy. What? I don't like it at all. I want Co-op to be on focus here!

I would imagine a 'gamemode' being like how you meet people in the game 'journey', because that's awesome. Imaging you exploring your created multiplayer world, and other people could be plopped inside aswell without you knowing, on different places, and then you'd just stumble across each other, leading to you seeing the other caracthers face on the map! Imagine all the possibilities!

This could turn into a battle betwwen the players, depending on the death. If you have your own effigie were only you spawn, it's more battle than co-op I'd say. It would be teams... and all that. And permadeath or not... Spawnng in different places competing!! Imagine different gamemodes! I mean; Co-op, 'last survivor standing', battle. Not sure if I like or not. OrI am too excited for this! Not gonna get any sleep tonight!

Agreed, it should work just as normal I think. With effigies, touch stones and amulets... I wonder how effigys will work between the persons though. Can all revive from them, or only the one who built it? It will be interesting, for sure!!
