G4MR Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 What's the best way to deal with poison? Do you still have to wait 3 days? Are there any antidotes for hamlet like shipwrecked ? I'm kind of avoiding that huge spoiler thread because I still want to learn a lot on my own, but yeah this is one of the things I'm the most curious about. Otherwise you just wait it out and try to keep yourself healed. Dont get poisoned is obviously #1 The healing item shop (medicare i believe is the name), has Anti Poison for 5$. If you don't see any, just buy cheap items until the seller refresh with the proper item. There is also poison glands like in shipwreck but Klei hasn't added a way to make them into anti-venom yet. There is also the wishing well that can heal you from poison for 10$, but it happens randomly between all the other bonus. ucw Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 If you get desperate, you can eat a poison gland which reduces your health to near zero, but at least you don't die. Hoping Klei makes it possible to craft anti-venom in Hamlet, but they might not and instead use Skyworthy to go to Shipwrecked and gather items for anti-venom. thewhitepog Posted November 10, 2018 Share Posted November 10, 2018 Since no one spelled it out, and I was wondering the same thing for a while: you can refine three poison dart frog legs into a venom gland at the science machine. Ingest it to cure poison, though doing this will damage you. And 3 frog legs can synthesize a venom gland. This venom gland directly eats 50 drops of blood. It should be the same as the root sea, and there should be a minimum blood limit.
