Maxposting
It's actually very simple. eyeplants eat butterflies - they go to lureplant - lureplant eats ONLY 1 per 20 seconds - many butterflies get stuck in it Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/97584-wierd-bug-with-butterflys/#findComment-1104618 Share on other sites

Fill-Lips
Maybe the lureplant ate the butterflies while they were still spawning, so when you killed the lureplant, the butterflies spawned in their original positions, being the flower? I think it's because the flower didn't spawn the butterflies because it was obstructed by eyeplants and then massivelly spawned them all when they were gone? Similiar is with butterfly explosions in Moonsoon season ( Shipwrecked ) where Butterflies didn't spawn in Hurricane season and then massivelly did on Moonsoon Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/97584-wierd-bug-with-butterflys/#findComment-1105047 Share on other sites
