It could be a door made of abyssalite that has a metal slider, could be a metal door wrapped in reed fiber, could be a glass door with vacuum filling to prevent heat transfer. But it doesn't make sense that these smart dupes can't make doors of this sort. I hope you can consider this idea. Thank you! Sasza22 Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 Everybody agrees we need those. it`s been suggested over and over. Needed especially now when we can do so much with super hot stuff. Obviously an insulated airlock needs some kind of downside like always opening slower (manual speed) or always needing power. I`m hoping they will add new craftable insulative materials (like ceramic) and make anew material family specifically used for insulation. An insulative door would require those.
