Oozinator
This is another dripcooling feature, but in the other version of this feature, the majority liquid takes the minority/input liquids temperature in a vertically way. In this example not. Its not cooling vertically, more horizontally, but it seems that the ladder has up to -10C less, then the input temp. Falling through 70C hot area. It only works, when ladder ends touching a bit liquid, but instant. Cool Ladder
Saturnus
It's really just the same old heat bug but a lesser known variant of it. Try it with statues without foundations for even more effective cooling goodness.
GreatGameDota
You can also do it with dupe's poop (totally didn't accidently freeze a geyser because my bathrooms were full)

Oozinator
I tried to reverse the process, with gasses. I was thinking to use the effect for steam heating. Mixing steam/co²/hydro. Possible?

Lifegrow
Regurgitated from here : Theres a page long discussion on how the ladders are radiating heat to liquids on contact ("equalisation") with a save file to tinker with it. As @Saturnussaid, same old drip bug
