Formular for PH2O Surface -> PO -> Deodorizer -> Dupe

Thanks. That will require some space in my colony...

If you want to generate PO2 then I suggest you trap morbs instead. You can create them by leaving a full outhouse uncleaned for a while. You need about 7 morbs/dupe and they have the neat property that they don't produce PO2 if you don't pump it away/use it. It takes a while to get that many morbs but the world has usually plenty of PO2 to use for hundreds of cycles.

I do not see morbs very often in my games, I don't think I have played long enough to find more than 10 in a game. Or do they spawn?

You can spawn them by leaving an outhouse (the starter toilet) uncleaned for a while. I'am doing it like this: I've built 3 toilet rooms with outhouses, doors and some space for creature traps.

Then I pay attention to the "X 'visits' remaining" (starts at 15) info. As soon as the outhouse is full the dupes want to clean it, so I change the door access so the dupes can't go in there anymore and use the other toilets. After the morb spawns it walks into the trap, so the toilet can be cleaned and used again. You can spawn up to 3 morbs by saving and reloading but I don't have the patience to count morb spawns, so I just instantly clean it after the first one has spawned.

I build a garden, takes 7 cycles to drop food on its own, this converts to rot piles, to polluted dirt, to PO2 that pushes 1800 g/meter as long as you keep it above 200 g/meter

I've tested this quite extensively. You need just under 117 mealwood per dupe. Here's how the needed 1400 mealwood for 12 dupes looks like. As well as the resulting FPS. Granted I didn't test with the latest updates so FPS could have have sky rocketed into possible even double digits.

I like how it runs on 3 fps.

Btw is this a special worldgen? seems to have quite a big starting area and almost only ice biomes? Do you have the seed for that?

Okay this is a bit off topic but I wonder all the time how you generate these birds eye images from your colony?

One way to do this is by enabling debug mode. There is a lot of info on the web and this forum on how to do it.

Alt+S enables screenshot view. It's part of vanilla set up. You don't need debug.

It's the Helicona world. It's one of the standard maps when you deselect random map.

The 3 FPS was on my workstation with dual Xeon 8 cores and 192GB RAM

great, thanks. Is there a cheat-sheet for similar actions?

Hit escape and see controls menu for all in-game key binds

A while ago @manu_x32 made an automated system for morb spawning

I would love to play this if it had slicksters. Is there any way to create them? I don't think debug allows to create them.

You can copy/paste objects into blueprints that you can use on other maps

This video will explain how it works
